Alicia + Derek said their I do’s, amidst golden fields of wheat and tall evergreen trees. The two had been together for 10 years and you can see every bit of love they have for each other illuminated in the photos captured by Hannah Costello. Alicia’s sister, Aubriana of The Bloomery Co., crafted the most beautiful fall-inspired florals to complement the natural scenery and modern + moody design elements.
Alicia shares Aesthetically, our inspiration for the day was a picture of what looked like bleached black paper that I had come across. The colors were exactly what I was looking for and oddly enough, the texture felt very natural but the bright bleached white spots almost looked like glitter. Instantly the mix of raw texture mixed with that sparkle and glitz was what I knew I wanted for the style. Derek and I have been together since high school, so we know all the same people, have endless jokes, and incredible memories together. We wanted everyone to feel how much we all loved each other, and how much they meant to us. Every single person who attended our wedding has played such a huge role in our lives. From the style, the music and dancing, location, and food, we just wanted everyone to remember it as the most amazing night…
