Chalet View Lodge Inc., doing business as Chalet View Lodge (the "Lodge"), want everyone to be able to learn about our services, book a reservation, including people who use screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology.
 
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, as our target standard for www.nudemedical.com. Accessibility work is ongoing rather than finished. Parts of this website may not yet meet that standard, and we are continuing to identify and correct barriers as we find them.

We want to hear about specific problems. Reports from people who actually use assistive technology are the most useful information we get.

• The page or web address where you ran into the problem

• What you were trying to do

• What happened instead

• The browser, device, and assistive technology you were using, if you know
   

We will acknowledge your message within three business days. We will tell you what we find, what we can fix, and roughly when. While we work on it, we will make sure you can get what you needed by phone or in person.

What we are doing:

Our accessibility work includes reviewing the site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, prioritizing the pages and functions people rely on most (treatment information, appointment booking, the online shop, and membership signup), correcting issues we identify, and rechecking after changes.

Limitations:

Some parts of this site are built on third-party platforms and tools that we do not fully control, including our website platform and our online booking system. We work with those providers on accessibility issues we find, but we cannot always correct them directly or on our own schedule. Where a third-party tool creates a barrier, the phone and in-person options above remain available to you.
