Our midweek wellness getaways are offered Sunday through Wednesday.
The all-inclusive program comprises of:
a beautiful private room and private bath
all pure, farm-to-table organic meals during your stay

a morning yoga class or mat pilates class
daily embodied movement class
program sessions led by acclaimed faculty; and
an evening ritual with guided meditation.
